Lead IT division operations and strategy for federal contracts; manage staff across Agile engagements; oversee budgets, risk, and staffing; mentor and develop staff; support business development, proposal efforts, and coordinate cross-department activities to ensure program delivery.

Performs charge capture, reconciliation, auditing, and data analysis to support revenue integrity. Produces reports, identifies missing or incorrect charges, ensures accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding, provides education to staff, supports denial reviews, and coordinates with stakeholders on system/process changes to improve capture accuracy and operational efficiency.
