Job Description
Job Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in sales, strategic customer relationship management, or other related experience
- A bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
- Experience specifically selling/supporting customer relationships for support service solutions is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to document productivity, report pipeline expectations, and uncover opportunities.
- Proven record of successfully managing service support contracts, subscriptions, or other related services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
