Job Description
• Build and Manage TSD Partner Relationships: Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key technology, channel, and strategic partners that align with Broadvoice’s go-to-market and product strategy.
• Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships roadmap that supports company growth and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated into core business operations and deliver measurable value.
• Negotiate Deals: Lead deal structuring and contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for Broadvoice while fostering win-win relationships.
• Measure Impact: Establish KPIs and track performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within SaaS, telecom, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of unified communications, contact center solutions, or related technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
