Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data or business analytics or related field of study at an accredited college/university
- Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Ability to communicate clearly in positive and negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions; demonstrate strong written communication skills
- Ability to exhibit confidence in self and to others; inspire and motivate others to perform to a high standard
- Understands the interpersonal and cultural dynamics that influence the change process
- Strong people skills to build relationships
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Ability to translate technical ideas into simple, easy-to-understand content
- Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time while driving results
