Lead design, build, deploy, and support Workday-native integrations across HR ecosystems. Provide architectural guidance, translate business requirements to technical designs, manage releases and cutovers, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with HR, IT, security, and vendors to ensure robust, compliant integration solutions.

Lead partner and customer engagements to position and deliver PolyAI conversational AI solutions: run discovery workshops, enable channel partners, build technical and commercial proposals, collaborate with product and engineering, and represent PolyAI at events. Travel up to 60%.

Monitor real-time contact center activity, manage service escalations, produce intraday and productivity reports, analyze forecast vs. actuals, identify scheduling gaps, and provide performance insights to WFM, operations, and client stakeholders.
