Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire Professional Services
- Build executive trust, synthesize CS/PS priorities through insightful needs analysis and proactive, value-driven communication
- Orchestrate end‑to‑end program execution with Events (logistics) and Stakeholders (agenda, speakers)
- Translate goals into enablement objectives, leading indicators, and target behaviors
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business
- Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI
