• Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse. • Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system audits. • Partner closely with TA leaders, People business partners, and IT to identify opportunities to enhance how talent systems support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. • Analyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis to increase recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. • Assist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates across Talent Acquisition platforms. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate data. • Develop TA systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create job aids/documentation, and drive user adoption for new features. • Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts, and ensure alignment with business needs.
