Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Must have Ashby ATS experience
- 6 + years working directly with talent acquisition systems as an analyst, administrator, or technical lead, including hands-on (admin-level) experience with Ashby and Greenhouse
- Deep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems
- Experience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping across TA and HR tools
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage technical TA projects from requirements gathering to implementation
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa
- Committed to high standards of accuracy, data privacy, and ethical handling of information.
- Experience supporting or migrating between major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse to Ashby)
- Familiarity with additional TA technology (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, etc.)
- Experience with change management and technology adoption within recruiting functions
