Job Description
• Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system.
• Solution inquiries through the Talent Acquisition Fresh Service ticketing system.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Write and maintain job descriptions.
• Assist with screening and onboarding of new hires as needed.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing team to address reputation management on specific job boards.
• Manage candidate emails and voicemails, forwarding them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
• Assist Talent Acquisition leaders in presentation preparation.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build relationships with Community and Regional Managers
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high – volume recruiting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking system experience preferred
