• Review individual, partnership, S-corp, and corporate tax returns prepared by offshore staff • Identify technical errors, compliance risks, and missed planning opportunities • Develop proactive tax strategies that benefit clients • Improve internal review workflows and operational processes • Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to remote team members • Communicate directly with clients regarding complex tax matters • Review and adjust QuickBooks financials to ensure tax readiness • Support refinement of systems to improve turnaround time and accuracy
