Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Current Oracle Payroll certification;
- Minimum 4 years of experience Leading end‑to‑end Oracle Payroll implementations, including quarterly patch cycles, and regression testing;
- Experience with at least 1 Redwood payroll implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization;
- Minimum 1 full ERP implementation with costing experience;
- US Payroll experience including supporting Unions/Bargaining Units;
- Knowledge of Payroll processes: running payroll in test and production environments, validating results, and managing payroll cutover activities;
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers.
