Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A with 2+ years of experience in executive communications, presentations, or similar role
- Exceptional PowerPoint and data visualization skills with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives
- Track record of success in roles requiring structured problem-solving and executive-level communication; many successful candidates come from consulting or advisory backgrounds.
