Job Description

• Serve as the day-to-day project manager and producer for brand partnership initiatives • Own project timelines, workflows, and deliverables using Asana as the primary project management tool • Act as the main point of contact for brand partners, building strong, long-term relationships through clear, proactive communication • Translate partnership goals into clear project plans and scopes of work • Coordinate cross-functional teams (editorial, design, operations, sales) to keep projects moving smoothly • Manage schedules, approvals, assets, and feedback process with precision and professionalism • Ensure all brand projects meet Wildsam’s creative standards and contractual requirements • Identify risks, flag issues early, and propose smart solutions • Support internal documentation, post-campaign wrap reports, and process improvements for partnerships work

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, project management, production, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
  • Strong working knowledge of Asana (or similar tools) with the ability to build and maintain clear workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • A producer mindset: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience working with media, editorial, or creative teams is a plus
  • Genuine interest in storytelling, travel, culture, and creative brand work
