• Investigating and confirming facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
• Determining coverage, liability, and damages for claims
• Mentoring junior employees
• Adjusting and negotiating claims within limits of authority
Job Requirements
- Experience in UM and coverage investigations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience handling claims in AL, AR, MS, MO, TX, TN, and LA
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
