We are a fast-growing digital agency in the influencer and creator marketing space, managing a significant six-figure monthly advertising spend. Our marketing engine is already a high-performance machine, but we see a clear, data-backed opportunity to dramatically increase its profitability.

This is not a rebuild — it’s an optimization challenge.

We are looking for a world-class Head of Marketing to take control of our marketing engine and drive our monthly net profit to new heights. Your mission is to find and capture substantial six-figure gains in monthly profit by optimizing our existing spend and partnerships.

  • $266,929 monthly marketing spend
  • Primary spend focus: ~$216k/month across our main CPC channels

This is a role for a data-driven operator who gets excited by the numbers. You see a 10x performance variance between the best and worst-performing traffic sources and immediately know how to capitalize on it. You see a large network of dormant partners and a high-ROAS channel and see a clear path to immediate profit.

The Compensation: Your Share of the Upside

We are looking for a partner in profit.

The compensation package is designed to heavily reward performance and includes a competitive base salary plus a significant, uncapped profit-sharing structure tied directly to the growth you generate.

Your success is our success, and your earnings will reflect that directly.

Your First 90 Days: Plan & Profit Targets

This role is measured on net profit uplift — not vanity metrics.

We already see clear, data-backed profit levers. Your job is to execute decisively and unlock them. Below is the structured 90-day sprint you will own, with conservative minimum targets.

Days 1–30: Audit & Quick Wins

Target: +$20k–$40k/month net profit uplift

  • Audit primary CPC channels (creative, funnel, performance gaps)
  • Map conversion rates and isolate inefficiencies
  • Reallocate the first $20k in wasted CPC spend
  • Reactivate dormant affiliate partners
  • Implement immediate, high-ROI optimizations

Focus: precision, speed, fast profit recovery.

Days 31–60: Optimization

Target: +$50k–$90k/month net profit uplift

  • Scale winning creatives, cut low-conversion spend
  • Compress time-to-profit on CPC channels
  • Begin structured recruitment of new affiliate partners
  • Shift the first $30k/month from slower CPC to higher-margin affiliate traffic

Focus: strengthen what works, eliminate drag.

Days 61–90: Scale

Target: +$100k–$140k/month net profit uplift

  • Deliver a measurable conversion lift across the funnel
  • Onboard 15+ high-value affiliates
  • Shift $50k+ total budget from CPC to affiliate channel
  • Document optimization playbooks and build scalable systems

Focus: controlled scale and repeatable growth.

The Four Profit Levers

All uplift comes from:

  • Increasing funnel conversion rates
  • Cutting CPC waste and accelerating payback
  • Reactivating and expanding the affiliate channel
  • Reallocating budget toward higher-margin, faster-profit sources

These are conservative minimum targets. If you outperform them, compensation is structured to reward it directly.

After 90 days, your mandate shifts to sustained, long-term profit growth and channel expansion — building a marketing engine that compounds month over month.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Own the full marketing funnel. A 1% improvement in our lead-to-customer conversion rate adds over $50,000 to our monthly profit.
  • CPC Spend Optimization: Manage our $200k+/mo CPC budget with an iron fist. A 10% reduction in waste adds over $20,000 to our monthly profit.
  • Affiliate Network Optimization: Revitalize and grow our affiliate program. Reactivating dormant partners and recruiting new ones is projected to add over $60,000 to our monthly profit.
  • Channel Mix Shift: Strategically reallocate budget from slower, margin-poor channels to our instant-profit affiliate program, adding $35,000+ to our monthly profit.

Job Requirements

  • Who You Are
  • A seasoned performance marketer with 5–7+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving measurable profit growth
  • A master of CRO, with demonstrated experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page strategy
  • An expert in managing large-scale CPC campaigns ($100k+/month) on platforms like Google, Facebook, and other native ad networks
  • A skilled negotiator and relationship builder who can close deals with new affiliate partners and revitalize existing relationships
  • A data-driven decision-maker who lives in the numbers and can clearly articulate the story they tell
  • Based in a Tier 1 country with fluent English and the ability to operate at a business-owner level
