Job Description

• Source new sales opportunities with current customers and new prospects in the USA. • Exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Support resellers with enablement to drive new sales opportunities. • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product. • Become a product and industry expert within assigned vendor line. • Work on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision. • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in alignment with the agreed plan. • Drive sales out of the agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding, to optimize results. • Facilitate the successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals. • Foster positive relationships and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the “Trusted Advisor.” • Contribute to increasing both customer loyalty and profitability. • Maintain full knowledge of assigned product/service lines. • Engage key customers effectively. • Collaborate with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and within the organization.
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially, demonstrating independence and readiness to perform.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in targeting relevant customer segments using professional CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
