• Validate and review contract sales orders and invoices to ensure proper revenue recognition and deferred revenue for all subscription and service revenue streams. • Understand the quote-to-cash processes including systems logics and the downstream impacts. • Perform monthly and quarterly close tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations and various flux analysis across all revenue and accounts receivable-related accounts • Assist with company collections processes and work cross-functionally to resolve disputes and credit adjustments. • Understand and analyze the accounting impact of complex revenue contracts and ensure that revenue is recorded in compliance with Company’s revenue recognition policy and ASC 606. • Partner and work cross functionally with other business groups (Sales Operations, Customer Success, FP&A, Treasury, Business Technologies teams) to assist with key initiatives and improvements. • Assist with year-end external financial audits. • Support compliance with internal requirements and revenue accounting processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvements. • Support revenue team on ad-hoc analysis, projects and system implementations.
