Role Overview
The Remote Customer Service Representative is the trusted first point of contact for our clients. You will guide customers through inquiries, bookings, and post-event support while ensuring every interaction reflects Fun Pros Events’ commitment to professionalism, warmth, and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
- Assist clients with event inquiries, bookings, schedule changes, and service details.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and company policies.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Experience in events or entertainment is a plus, but not required.
- Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
