Job Description
• Pulling various claims, to help find cost savings within program integrity
• Oversee payment integrity activities, analyze, identify, and recommend improvements to help enhance success metrics
• Review reports and mitigate any identified issues for prohibited affiliations monitoring, regulatory reporting, and proactive identification of data aberrancies to prepare for quarterly regulatory reporting cycles
• Ability to use SQL along with Power BI to pull data and information, along with running reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment on payment integrity and program integrity initiatives.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- SharePoint skills preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
