• Act as the point of contact for external vendors • Manage, monitor, track and resolve daily metrics • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met • Participate in day-to-day processing functions of vendor operations • Provide training within the team regarding daily functions and issue remediation • Understand how vendor operations work and support the business with reporting • Interact with vendors to resolve sensitive business inquiries and escalated accounts • Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes • Review and interpret laws and regulations for managing the service provider • Assist in the Vendor on-boarding process • Support and coordinate third party-related internal audits
