Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years experience in engineering leadership roles
- Experience leading senior or principal-level engineers in backend or platform-focused teams
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native services at scale
- Experience delivering and supporting production systems with high reliability, observability, and testing standards
- Proven ability to partner closely with Product to define roadmaps and drive execution
- Experience establishing team processes, engineering standards, and delivery practices
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications (e.g., APIs, tool usage, orchestration)
