Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management preferred
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor design preferred
- Emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Strong interpersonal judgment
- Situational adaptability
- Excellent communication (written/oral)
- Ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive situations and with minimal oversight
- Team leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
