Job Description
• Conduct regular underwriting audits of multiline Delegated Underwriting Authority business
• Assess underwriting quality by reviewing files for selection, quoting, pricing, and compliance with corporate underwriting guidelines
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings
• Collaborate with Delegated Underwriting Authority and Business Unit liaisons
• Support audit-related projects
• Partner with the Audit Leader and team members to enhance underwriting quality assurance
• Contribute to the development and refinement of corporate underwriting guidelines
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience underwriting or auditing multiline commercial accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
- Experience with Athenium/Team Think is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment
- Willingness and ability to travel for certain Delegated Underwriting Authority audits when onsite reviews are required
