• Manage people, priorities, and processes across North America to ensure the timely delivery of online statutory and code updates in line with agreed schedules and quality standards • Coordinate the acquisition, processing and publication of legislative content, following established editorial workflows, tooling and quality checks • Provide day-to-day line management for editors and analysts, including workload planning, coaching and regular feedback • Offer guidance and practical support to help team members resolve issues, improve confidence and work consistently • Monitor team and individual performance measures such as timeliness, volume and error rates, taking action where standards are at risk • Work closely with peers, Product, Technology and other GEO editorial teams globally to ensure clear handover of work and shared understanding of requirements
