Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar operational data-focused role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Health Tech environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing queries on large, complex datasets
- 5+ years of experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc), including managing platform deployment and governance
- Proven ability to independently translate complex, ambiguous business questions and requirements into technical reporting specifications and high-impact, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a history of presenting complex data to C-suite and non-technical audiences.
