Job Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Commercial President, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting • Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing requests, meetings, and communications on behalf of Sales leadership • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and internal operating rhythms • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to support sales initiatives • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for executive reviews and board-related meetings • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism • Support planning and execution of team meetings, offsites, and sales events • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and communication across the Sales organization

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within Sales, Revenue, or Go-To-Market organizations
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications
  • Experience with required systems, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools like Asana; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort handling confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 20~40%
