Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Louisiana
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
We’re seeking a Louisiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services and help clients work through real-life concerns with practical, clinical support. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, deliver therapy sessions, and keep documentation current so care stays organized and clinically sound.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth on a set weekday schedule
- Complete intakes/assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain consistent progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHR
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client goals and symptom reduction
- Identify risk concerns and follow required protocols and reporting guidelines
- Maintain licensure requirements and uphold ethics and confidentiality standards
Job Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Louisiana (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth tools
- Strong clinical documentation habits and reliable time management
