Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland
Job Summary
This role provides virtual therapy services rooted in relational and systems-based approaches. You will work with clients addressing relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and individual mental health concerns, all within a telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Apply systems-based and relational treatment models
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Monitor therapeutic progress over time
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
Job Requirements
- Active Maryland LCMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
- Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy
- Strong understanding of relational therapy models
- Organized and dependable work habits
