Job Description
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana
What This Role Involves
This position supports clients navigating emotional and behavioral challenges through virtual therapy. You will also help maintain care quality by supervising associate clinicians and ensuring documentation meets state requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete evaluations and care planning
- Supervise clinicians and review case notes
- Maintain alignment with Indiana regulations
- Support continuity of care and referrals
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time
Job Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing systemic or relational therapy
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
