Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in screening, sourcing, managing complex offers, and supporting export-controlled positions
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, including services roles or similar fast-paced/high-volume environments
- Experience with HR and recruiting tools such as Workday or other ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- English proficiency
