• Evaluate newly boarded loans for data standards
• Assess loan modifications for documentation accuracy
• Verify file maintenance updates by team members
• Validate payoff activity for accuracy
• Monitor daily operational reports for errors
• Contribute to audit preparation and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist training new team members
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of banking, compliance, or loan-operations experience
- Proficiency with core banking systems
- Experience supporting SOX-related tasks
- Strong data-quality focus
- Excellent organizational habits
