• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings • Perform research to ensure that financial statements and disclosures are presented in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements • Perform technical accounting research and prepare technical accounting memos • Contribute to ad-hoc projects which may include acquisition accounting and other technical accounting projects • Assist in coordination of internal control testing and maintaining effective internal controls • Assist with external audits
