• Serve as the overarching Architect across all Workday domains • Lead and participate in cross-functional design sessions • Review the Statement of Work (SOW) to identify cross-functional gaps • Collaborate with project managers on project planning, effort estimation, and sequencing of work • Participate in executive-level and C-suite discussions to provide strategic guidance • Actively support sales by participating in discovery sessions and presenting to clients • Oversee Workday security design to ensure cohesion across all workstreams • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to ensure alignment and resolve interdependencies • Synthesize complex information into clear and concise communication
