Mediafly is looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to help drive the next phase of innovation across our platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that align with client needs while supporting Mediafly's long-term product vision. You are a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver, equally comfortable crafting high-level architecture and diving into development. With a strong command of Salesforce best practices and API-based integrations, you thrive in complex environments and are passionate about building systems that scale reliably. This is a high-impact leadership position that plays a key role in advancing product growth, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and upholding technical excellence across the organization. Responsibilities of a Salesforce Technical Architect: Lead technical design sessions, define and document Salesforce-based solutions, and create architectural blueprints that align with product goals and bridge gaps between current and target states. Provide oversight and governance for engineering projects, offering technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
