As a Staff Product Designer at StackAdapt, you’ll lead design projects of significant scope, complexity, and impact—helping teams across the organization connect data, automation, and human insight into experiences that empower marketers to drive business growth. What You'll Be Doing: Lead design for complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring clarity from problem framing through launch. Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership to align design direction with business outcomes and customer value. Translate data-rich, technical systems into intuitive and scalable experiences that enable confident, efficient decision-making. Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product quality and consistency across teams and surfaces. Drive design vision and strategy that balances usability, automation, and performance—helping teams move faster and design smarter. Mentor and guide designers, sharing context, feedback, and systems thinking to strengthen collective impact. Job Requirements

  • Depth of experience designing complex products, ideally within data-driven, enterprise, or workflow-rich environments.
  • Strong mastery of interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture, with the ability to visualize and communicate abstract concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to connect design decisions to measurable business and user outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and operational teams to align around shared goals.
  • A balance of craft excellence and strategic thinking—able to simplify the complex and focus teams on what matters most.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
