Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a
detail-oriented and motivated Imaging Operations Specialist
to join our
Global Operations
team
In this role, you will be responsible for
high-volume document conversion, ensuring data integrity through precise indexing, and maintaining the security standards required to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1:
Lead the end-to-end document digitization process by preparing, scanning, and indexing hard copy records into electronic images while maintaining strict quality and production rate standards
Responsibility 2:
Collaborate with the operations team and management to identify workflow efficiencies and ensure all internal tracking documentation is accurately completed
Responsibility 3
:
Ensure compliance with federal security requirements and organizational data handling policies to protect sensitive information
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years
of experience in
data entry, indexing, or high-volume production environments
Strong knowledge of
PC operations, imaging software, and document control procedures
Proven ability in
maintaining high accuracy at a sustained pace and performing physical document preparation (e.g., sorting, filing, and removing staples)
High School Diploma or equivalent; must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
