• Develop detailed program plans; managing resources and dependencies across products, platforms and regions, ensuring successful execution. • Lead, motivate and mentor program and project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met. • Monitor program and project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate for additional funding when necessary. • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership and executives. Provide updates on program and project progress and address any issues that arise. • Identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans to ensure program/project success. • Perform project quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure CST project management standards are maintained. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, reports, proposals, change requests and meeting minutes.
