Job Description

• Own end-to-end sales efforts to target, engage, and close strategic enterprise accounts • Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to revenue goals and ICP • Drive consultative sales conversations that translate customer needs into long-term partnerships • Secure meetings through creativity, persistence, and strategic outreach • Use both top-down (C-suite) and bottom-up (Director+) approaches to build internal champions • Clearly articulate Midi Health’s differentiated value proposition to maximize deal value • Understand and orchestrate the broader healthcare ecosystem, including payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers • Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks • Forecast pipeline and maintain strong deal hygiene • Manage opportunities with detail-oriented follow-through • Operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success selling into complex enterprise environments
  • Deep industry relationships and a strong professional network including not just employers but also brokers and payors.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience building go-to-market motion from early traction to scale
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
