Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in software development and testing, with a strong background in automated testing and software engineering.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright or similar modern test frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C# or Java, with the ability to read and contribute to production-quality code.
- Experience testing APIs and services using tools such as Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience working in cloud-based environments such as AWS or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working within modern development workflows.
- Familiarity with test management, defect tracking, and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar systems.
- Strong ability to analyze complex systems, diagnose root causes, and communicate technical findings clearly.
- Ability to influence testing practices and quality improvements through technical leadership rather than formal authority.
