Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights
- Strong ability to assess business challenges and recommend solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting requirements
- Familiarity with workflows, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to be self-motivating and work independently

Lead development, optimization, and support of clinical applications and workflows. Serve as SME for assigned application domain, resolve application issues, manage vendor relationships, mentor analysts, and apply IT project management methodology to ensure reliable system operations and aligned workflows.
