• Serve as the technical accounting authority for complex transactions • Develop and maintain a structured contract review process to assess accounting implications • Interpret evolving accounting standards and assess impacts to the organization • Support the development and implementation of global accounting policies, controls, and compliance frameworks • Lead preparation and maintenance of complex global financial analyses • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to technical accounting and financial reporting • Serve as a key liaison for external auditors • Design, implement, and enhance global controls for compliance • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and other stakeholders
