Job Summary: SmithRx is looking for a Plan Operations Analyst to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Plan Operations functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. What you will do: Collaborate with Partner Relationship Manager to support the daily operations including issues, projects, and opportunities for the Third Party Administrator partners. Lead audits and reconciliation efforts for both internal and external partners. Ability to create ad hoc queries and reports to support issue resolution and partner needs. Maintain platform configurations necessary for ongoing operations. Communicate project status, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate. Drive changes to improve workflow efficiency. Participate in process and workflow documentation. Serve as a mentor for new team members and a trainer for new processes. Collaborate and provide support for member support and customer success teams. Collaborate cross-functionally on system enhancements for workflow automation. Become the subject matter expert for plan design configuration details. Understand and facilitate account structure, eligibility, and accumulator requirements.
