Job Description
• drafting, reviewing, and negotiating simple commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents
• provide legal administrative support and advice to Acumatica team members
• manage the full contract lifecycle and legal documentation processes
• support intellectual property and data privacy matters
• collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management and transactional tasks
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or similar disciplines
- 5+ years of experience as a tech paralegal (in-house or a law firm)
- Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients and a strong customer service attitude
- Hands-on experience with contract management and negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
