• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities. • Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, bank accounts, and credit card transactions. • Post and review general ledger entries; ensure accuracy of financial data. • Maintain accounting records in line with U.S. GAAP and company policies. • Lead transition to NetSuite, including data migration and COA design. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Support tax filings and liaise with CPAs, auditors, and consultants. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Track cash flow, burn rate, and report KPIs to management. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Establish consistent practices for multi-entity and global operations. • Maintain clean audit trails for internal and external audits. • Collaborate with CFO, founders, and cross-border accounting teams.
