Job Description

• Support day-to-day customer financial deliverables, including invoicing and required reporting • Pull, validate, and reconcile actuals from OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) against program expectations • Analyze monthly incurred cost to support customer cost and labor reporting and invoicing • Identify trends and anomalies in cost/performance data and recommend corrective actions • Use advanced Excel formulas to transform and map data into customer-specific formats • Provide responsive, high-quality support to a customer with tight reporting standards and frequent requests • Maintain the program budget, track progress against baseline, and communicate financial risks/opportunities • Prepare and present financial forecasts, performance metrics, and trend analysis for internal and external stakeholders • Support month-end close, including forecasting and variance analysis for Revenue, EBITDA, OCF, and backlog • Assist with annual budget/pricing to derive contract value by government fiscal year • Complete QFSR activities, including bottoms-up EAC, award fee analysis, balance sheet metrics, and presentations to leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant finance/project controls experience (or Master’s with 2–6 years)
  • Demonstrated experience with customer-facing financial reporting and invoicing
  • Hands-on experience pulling and interpreting actuals in OAC, performing trend/anomaly analysis, and EAC development
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas to map/transform datasets into customer formats)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to respond clearly to detailed customer questions
  • Experience with Costpoint and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
