Partner with the best
As a Refinery Account Representative, you will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating chemical treatment programs. You will be a
crucial
team member supporting a large key customer account, responsible for ensuring they have the services and products
to
operate
safely and efficiently.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to
:
Safely managing day-to-day operations of refinery process, finished fuels, and water treatment programs to ensure performance and value delivery for our customers
Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration
Applying account management fundamentals to understand customer needs, requirements
Ability to drive a company vehicle as
to perform job duties (motor vehicle record checks will be performed to
determine
eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
Residing
within
a commutable distance to
Sunray, TX
(1 hour or less)

- Routine monitoring and reporting of performance of existing treatment programs
- Collaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers
- Collecting and interpreting data for troubleshooting, service reports, meetings, reviews, and presentations delivered to customers
- Providing field support, laboratory analysis
- and technical guidance for our customers on issues, projects, turn-arounds, shut-downs, and daily operations
- Managing chemical inventories and deliveries at the customer location

- To be successful in this role, will require:
- Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field preferred, but not
- required
- , or
- demonstrated
- relevant field experience.
- E
- xperience in refining, petrochemical
- , or industrial settings
- supporting chemical treatment programs.
- Strong understanding of industrial chemical treatment technology and sales process
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Previous
- experience working in a laboratory setting and/or familiarity with analytical methods and interpretation
- A comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
- Ability to present complex technical content to various levels of internal and external organizations, in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency
- in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
