Job Description
• Own the iOS member app end-to-end
• Define mobile architecture and best practices
• Build delightful UX for complex healthcare workflows
• Integrate with our NestJS backend and Canvas Medical EHR
• Implement push notifications, HealthKit integration, and offline-first patterns
• Collaborate with product and design on new features
• Potentially grow into managing mobile engineers as we scale
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI)
- Experience as a senior/lead mobile engineer
- Track record shipping consumer apps to the App Store
- Strong UI/UX sensibility—you care about the details
- Comfortable with AI coding tools and eager to push their limits
- Startup mentality: ownership, speed, scrappiness
- Experience with health apps, HealthKit, or HIPAA requirements (Bonus)
- React Native experience (for potential cross-platform) (Bonus)
- Previous work at health-tech companies (Bonus)
- Experience leading or mentoring mobile engineers (Bonus)
