Support daily operations with a focus on cost reduction and optimal resource utilization. Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement. Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and downtime to meet production targets. Operate within established labor and operating expense (OPEX) budgets. Monitor production processes, conduct periodic checks, and adjust equipment or work practices in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensure all assigned equipment is maintained in proper working condition and that a safe work environment is consistently upheld. Verify production line readiness at start-up and oversee line changeovers to ensure smooth transitions. Oversee product and packaging quality to ensure compliance with all standards and specifications.
