Job Description
Job Requirements
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience of professional video editing experience (nonprofit or mission driven experience preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong Creative writing and script skills.
- Experience with remote editing workflows and shared file systems
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience producing content for broadcast TV, documentary, digital ads, or investigative style storytelling.
- Understanding of platform optimization and SEO for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
- Creative problem solver with a positive solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communicator and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Adaptable and comfortable with evolving priorities
- Genuine passion for environmental causes and storytelling for impact.
