Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the growth of our internal SaaS products. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with strong sales instincts and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new leads via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development.

Job Requirements

  • Native or C2 professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, internal products, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong cold-calling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn-based sales strategies.
  • Brownie Points:
  • Experience selling workforce intelligence, HR, or time-tracking software.
  • Knowledge of U.S. market expectations and enterprise sales cycles.
