• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies • Detects, and reports system errors and discrepancies, and analyzes and develops specifications for correcting errors • Assists in maintaining interfaces between commercial system vendors • Performs functionality and system testing to simulate end-user experience. • Performs exploratory testing and analysis for quality assurance before an application is released. • Identifies and proposes changes to systems and workflows • Leads facilitated sessions with business users to identify system enhancements • Documents and gains sign-off on business requirements • Communicates with project team members and external customers to ensure that critical information is shared • Assists in organization of release dates for all version updates with carrier systems • Creates training material and trains end users on systems enhancements and new programs
